1st Tribal Consulting is founded on the principles of strengthening Indigenous representation in all aspects of Native American life. Native-owned and operated, 1st Tribal Consulting is leading the charge in encompassing the shared vision of tribal representation within local government, community, and non-profit organizations. By bringing healing of generational stigmas with educational teachings of traditional knowledge, awareness of communities, and empowering our future generations. 

Sharing of Native American culture through the Art of the Powwow, cultural awareness presentations, and educational curriculum. Utilizing strategic planning of community resources, combined with community development strategies that encompass traditional grassroots values. 

Our vision is to prepare the next generation with all the tools necessary to succeed. By promoting the general public with historically accurate information that brings empathy not sympathy. Uniting our communities for a better tomorrow. 1st Tribal Consulting is vested in the future of Indian country. Honoring the past, educating the present, and empowering the future.
